Care Inspection

It is necessary for all care services to undergo regular inspections from the Social Care and Social Work Improvement Scotland (SCSWIS), they used to be known as the Care Inspection or Care Commission.

It is important for us to strive to improve the service each time the visit and listen to any guidance and support they have to ensure we deliver the highest level of care possible.

On our last visit, December 2016  - Please see below for our inspection report and action plan  

We are awaiting another inspection before 31st March 2017

 

Customer Service Excellence Award

This is an award which we achieved in 2011 and each year require to undergo an annual review.  This is a government recognised award and helps to improve our standards and encourages us to set ourself targets at The Elms to continually improve the service the best we can. 

To maintain this award we are require to monitor and audit various aspects fo the service.  Including creating and maintaining our Standard 11 and setting targets for our Towards Quality. We have included these files to let you see.
