Listening to learn
22 October 2023Do you enjoy afternoon tea? A lot of the residents in our care homes do and it helps them relax and chat to us about what's on their minds.
As an organisation we genuinely want to hear, listen and learn from the folks that use our services, so we are putting on afternoon teas in our Older People Services care homes this week. During these events, we will be asking the people to let us know what they enjoy about their homes and what we can do better.
We will be using our Quality Circles to help us gather their thoughts in a meaningful way and look forward to learning from the info we gather and to keeping you posted about the outcomes.
