Community groups for mental wellbeing

Community groups provide a supportive environment where you can learn new skills and make new friends.

Fancy a trip to the cinema or a spot of volunteering in the community? Social activities provide a focus to your day. They can give you happy experiences to build on. And they can restore confidence and self-esteem.

This is your journey to recovery, so you can decide what to do and how often you attend. When you need us, we’ll be here with a listening ear and a cup of tea.

We can also suggest coping strategies that will help on the ‘not so good’ days, and point you in the direction of other support services you might be interested in.
